We design products to be flatpack, easily assemble/disassemble and serviceable which means we can easily change each independent component rather than replace the whole product.

5-Year Limited Warranty

Store Levt is responsible for making furniture from design to manufacturing, we are confident in the quality of our products at the sold price. Unless otherwise stated on its product page, every product manufactured by Store Levt is covered by a 5-year warranty.

Our warranty applies to defects in the foundational elements of your furniture: specifically, wood frames, springs, joints, bases, legs and hardware. You are eligible for our warranty if you are the original purchaser of the product, with valid proof of purchase. All claims are subject to inspection by us and we reserve the right to determine in our sole discretion that the damages are covered by our warranty, we will repair or replace the defective part(s) at no charge to the original purchaser.

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage from sharp objects or imprinting or prolonged exposure to moisture or sunlight.
• Damage resulting from atypical use of the product, including any use outside our care instruction.
• Naturally occurring variations in wood grain or powder coating.
• Naturally occurring changes in finishes resulting from exposure to light or aging.
• Changes in surface finished due to the frequent use by pet.
• Mold or invasive species, such as bed bugs, termites, etc.

To be eligible for the Warranty:

• You must be the original buyer and possess a valid proof of purchase, such as receipt, online payment confirmation, etc.
• You must have purchased the product directly from our Website.
• We must receive your written warranty request within 5 years from the date of delivery.
• The product must have been installed and used followed by our installation and care instructions.
• The product must have been used only under typical conditions and must never have been subjected to abuse, accidental or intentional damage, or other abnormal usage including but not limited to cuts, tears, burns, stains, soiling, liquid damage, or improper installation.

The remedies provided in the Warranty constitute the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedies, and Store Levt’s sole and exclusive obligation, with respect to defects in the purchased products or the manufacturing thereof. Store Levt expressly disclaims, and the purchaser expressly waives all other representations and warranties, whether express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
